John Reeve
John
Reeve is the president and founder of Reeve & Associates. He has over thirty
years of experience in transportation and logistics having served in a number
of management positions with a major global shipping company and as a consultant.
Prior to starting Reeve & Associates in 1998, he was a vice president in the
transportation practices of A.T. Kearney and Mercer Management Consulting. Mr.
Reeve advises organizations in the public and private sectors on strategy development,
economic analysis, operational performance improvement, and public policy involving
domestic and international transportation and logistics. He is a graduate of Princeton
University and holds an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Scott Elliff
Scott
Elliff, President of Capital Consulting & Management, Inc. (CCMI), has worked
with a wide range of companies on business strategy, supply chain operations,
and management systems. He helps clients achieve bottom line improvements in profitability,
effectiveness, and market position. He has fifteen years of consulting experience,
spanning numerous industries, functions, and issues. Prior to founding CCMI he
was a principal and partner in Strategic Planning Associates and Mercer Management
Consulting. Mr Elliff is a graduate of Dartmouth College and holds a Master’s
degree in economics and public policy from the University of Michigan.

Mike Gourd
Mike
Gourd, a senior associated consultant of the firm, has over fifteen years of experience
in transportation and supply chain management and consulting. His areas of expertise
include economic analysis, transportation and distribution network planning, order
fulfillment, inventory management, and supply chain information systems and computer
modeling. Formerly, Mr. Gourd was a consultant with A.T. Kearney and Mercer Management
Consulting, where he was a Principal in the supply chain practice. Prior to his
consulting career, Mr. Gourd held a number of management positions in transportation
and logistics with Xerox. Tate & Lyle, and BOC Transhield in the U.K. He is
a graduate of Hull University and holds an M.S. in Transportation Studies from
Cranfield Universityin the U.K.

Dave St. Amand
Dave
St. Amand has twenty-five years of maritime industry experience, the last fifteen
of which have been as a management consultant. He has held senior consulting positions
with the consulting firms of Navigistics Consulting, Booz, Allen & Hamilton
and Temple, Mercer Management Consulting.
Mr. St. Amand has advised bulk and liner shipping companies, oil companies, industry
organizations, marine service firms, cruise lines, ferry operators, terminal operators,
and port authorities on strategic planning, business reengineering, organization
analysis, market planning, benchmarking, litigation support, and regulatory analysis.
He is a graduate of the Webb Institute of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering
and holds an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
