For a major integrated transport service provider, we helped develop a global business strategy that focused on the penetration of new freight markets in international shipping building on its international air and ground freight infrastructure and leveraging a strategic acquisition of a major freight forwarder.

For a major automobile manufacturer, we helped develop a new international shipping strategy that involved shifting finished vehicle shipments from long haul land transport to ocean roll-on and roll-off vessel service.

As part of the development of a global supply chain strategy for a major petrochemical company, we helped formulate strategies for plant to port transportation, port storage facilities, and global shipping arrangements.

For the national South African port operator and administrator, we worked with a client team to develop business strategies for the container, breakbulk cargo, road transport, and port authority business units.
